I am so excited for spring except for the mud. Asher loves it! We went for a walk yesterday and he saw a huge mud puddle, & got this look in his eye. He is such a boy. Micah & Asher want to be outside ALL day. It's great. I am also excited to plant stuff I love growing flowers. This year grandma Rhodes is planting a huge garden so we are going to help her. (so in the fall we will can tons of stuff) YUM!! Homemade applesauce it's the best. All of it is we can't wait. It's a MIRACLE we are not sick. I think we were sick almost all winter. So it will be awesome when it's really warm outside so we can enjoy the fresh air. NEways we just finished having parent teacher conference it went good. Micah has learned so much she finished learning all her "no excuse" words and reads small books. I love it!!! Micah also got a boys phone number. She told grandma "that my mom said I had to get his number so know I can go play at his house" It was pretty funny. All week she had been talking about him then she came home with his number. Jake wasn't very happy, but I know the little boy and he is a good kid. Asher has been growing so fast he talks so good when people hear him in the background they think its Micah. They sound a lot alike. He is such a good kid, does everything Micah does it's funny he loves her so much. When he wakes up on the mornings Micah is at school he says "go get Micah at school" it 8:00. They are so much fun together.
Jake has been really busy as usual he has been working hard on his business, being with us fixing the house & trying to fit in horn hunting. I don't think it ever ends. He also has been helping at church with the youth kids. They are singing for the Easter program and he is playing the guitar in it. He loves to play.
I also have been pretty busy. Let alone chasing these kids and trying to clean up after them is hard enough. I have been helping Jake and I'm getting ready to start working. I'm going back up to Henry's Fork Lodge for the hole season so I get to work from May to October. It's the perfect job I go from 5:30am till about 1:00. Jake keeps the kids and I'm home fairly early. And it's nice to have extra income. We are all doing really well and very happy to see the sunshine!!!

Hey! Sounds like your kids are growing up fast. The other day we told Gabe we were going to Nauvoo with some of his cousins and he asked, "Is Micah going to be there?" I think he likes her cause she's spunky like him. Today in Wisconsin we broke records. It was 80 degrees and sunny! Maybe Heavenly Father was playing an April Fool's joke. It was too hot. It made me want the SPRING weather that I love so much! I hope we get to Idaho right as your mom's garden is ready - we will enjoy the fruits of your labors. :)
